Orders are processed upon receipt of a written confirmation or purchase order. All our planters are made to specifications and cannot be cancelled or changed after one business day of placing an order.
All prices are wholesale trade only FOB our warehouse. Prices are calculated according to the specifications of each order.
Shipping is through pre-paid long haul carrier and requires a shipping dock or forklift to unload. We have negotiated regional shipping rates with main line carriers to minimize costs. Customers have the option to designate a carrier on their account if they prefer.
We do not ship damaged planters. Every planter is inspected before shipping and is then individually wrapped in protective foam insulation, and shrink wrapped before being strapped to shipping pallets in accordance with recommended carrier standards. Every precaution is taken to ensure the planters arrive at their destination in the same pristine condition they leave our premises. Before signing and accepting a delivery the shipment must be inspected and any damage claims made to the driver. Damaged planters must be refused and indicated on the delivery receipt that is co-signed by the driver. We cannot be held responsible for damaged planters that are accepted.
We require a 50% deposit with the placement of an order. The remaining balance is due on delivery. Payment can be made by credit card, check or direct transfer. Accounts are opened for repeat customers with adequate credit ratings.
Axiometal Planters warrants to its customers its products are free of manufacturing defects, and will function properly under normal use and service for a period of 2 years.
This warranty does not cover products that are modified or altered in any way, or to products damaged during shipment or installation, or by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, repair and maintenance or natural disasters.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches of the outer surfaces. It is understood and agreed that Axiometal Planters can not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages to property, loss of use or injury to persons and shall not be held liable.
